Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 4 mint leaves large, or 6 medium
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey or agave/maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ginger paste or 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Cut cucumber into large chunks or rounds.

  • Peel and pit avocado. Peel banana and cut in half.

  • Add all of the ingredients for the smoothie to the blender in the order listed in the ingredients list.

  • Blend to combine, until smooth and creamy.
