- 1/2 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 4 mint leaves large, or 6 medium
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey or agave/maple syrup
- 1 tsp ginger paste or 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 cup ice
Cut cucumber into large chunks or rounds.
