Ingredients
  

  • olive oil extra virgin
  • sea salt
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • black pepper freshly ground
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sweet basil
  • 2 tbsp mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp thyme leaves use lemon thyme if available
  • edible flower petals
  • 1/3 cup microgreens
  • 4 slice bread whole grain/gluten-free

Instructions
 

  • Wash cherry tomatoes, microgreens, herbs and edible flowers. Quarter cherry tomatoes and roughly chop herbs.

  • Toast your bread.
    4 slice bread
  • Add cherry tomatoes to a small bowl and drizzle with a light coat of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Stir in basil, mint, and thyme. Set aside and let marinate for about 10 minutes.

  • Spread the tomato mixture on the slices of toast, dividing it evenly between them.
  • Top with microgreens, red pepper flakes, and edible flower petals to create a gorgeous summery garden toast. Serve.
