- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sweet basil
- 2 tbsp mint leaves
- 1 tbsp thyme leaves use lemon thyme if available

- 1/3 cup microgreens
- 4 slice bread whole grain/gluten-free
Wash cherry tomatoes, microgreens, herbs and edible flowers. Quarter cherry tomatoes and roughly chop herbs.

Toast your bread.

Add cherry tomatoes to a small bowl and drizzle with a light coat of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
