Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave/honey
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 beet large
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the large beet.

  • Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.
    2/3 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp hemp seeds, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp flaxseed, 1 banana, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup kale, 1 cup ice
  • If you like a thicker smoothie, you can add another handful of ice and blend again.
