- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave/honey
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 beet large
- 1 banana
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup ice
Peel and chop the large beet.
