- 1 bag earl gray tea or 2 tbsp earl gray loose-leaf tea
- 1/4 tsp dried lavender buds plus more for garnish
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp honey or agave
- cinnamon ground, for dusting
Bring water to a boil.

Add the tea and lavender buds, and steep for 7 minutes.

While the tea is steeping, froth the almond milk in a milk frother. You can also froth milk by adding it to a resealable jar, sealing it and shaking it vigorously.
3/4 cup almond milk
Microwave milk for 30 seconds to 45 seconds to warm it.
Strain tea in a mug and stir in vanilla and agave.
1/2 tbsp honey, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Stir in frothed milk.
Dust with ground cinnamon and sprinkle over lavender buds.
