Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag earl gray tea or 2 tbsp earl gray loose-leaf tea
  • 1/4 tsp dried lavender buds plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tbsp honey or agave
  • cinnamon ground, for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil.
    1/2 cup boiling water
  • Add the tea and lavender buds, and steep for 7 minutes.

  • While the tea is steeping, froth the almond milk in a milk frother. You can also froth milk by adding it to a resealable jar, sealing it and shaking it vigorously.
    3/4 cup almond milk
  • Microwave milk for 30 seconds to 45 seconds to warm it.
  • Strain tea in a mug and stir in vanilla and agave.
    1/2 tbsp honey, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Stir in frothed milk.
  • Dust with ground cinnamon and sprinkle over lavender buds.
