Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz green tea we recommend the Green + Mint tea from Aesthete Tea
  • 1 oz lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger minced

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker or mason jar filled with ice. Cover and shake very well to make sure all of the matcha powder breaks down.
    2 oz green tea, 1 oz lemon juice, 1/2 oz simple syrup, 1/2 tsp matcha powder, 1/2 tsp ginger
  • Strain into a glass and serve.
