- 1 oz lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger minced
Add all ingredients to a shaker or mason jar filled with ice. Cover and shake very well to make sure all of the matcha powder breaks down.
