Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 pear
  • 2 sprig rosemary plus additional for garnish
  • 2 tbsp simple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 6 oz sparkling water
  • 1 ml Jihi's Reverie Evening Tincture optional

Instructions
 

  • First, prepare the produce. Wash the rosemary and pear. Cut the pear in half and finely chop one half of it.
  • Muddle together pear, rosemary, syrup, and lemon juice.
    1/2 pear, 2 sprig rosemary, 2 tbsp simple syrup, 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fill with ice and shake briefly.
  • Strain into cocktail glass.
  • Top with sparkling water and, if desired, stir in Jihi's Reverie Evening Supplement. Stir gently to combine.
    6 oz sparkling water, 1 ml Jihi's Reverie Evening Tincture
  • Garnish with rosemary sprigs and serve. Cheers! 🍐
