- 1/2 pear
- 2 sprig rosemary plus additional for garnish
- 2 tbsp simple syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 6 oz sparkling water
- 1 ml Jihi's Reverie Evening Tincture optional
First, prepare the produce. Wash the rosemary and pear. Cut the pear in half and finely chop one half of it.
Muddle together pear, rosemary, syrup, and lemon juice.
1/2 pear, 2 sprig rosemary, 2 tbsp simple syrup, 1 tbsp lemon juice
Fill with ice and shake briefly.
Strain into cocktail glass.
Top with sparkling water and, if desired, stir in Jihi's Reverie Evening Supplement. Stir gently to combine.
6 oz sparkling water, 1 ml Jihi's Reverie Evening Tincture
