Unwind and relax with our version of the viral Sleepy Girl Tart Cherry Mocktail. This delicious and refreshing drink combines the calming benefits of tart cherry juice with the soothing properties of mint and sparkling water with Jihi's Reverie tincture for a perfect sleep-promoting cocktail.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 tsp honey or agave
  • 1/2 cup tart cherry juice
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 0.5 to 1 ml Jihi's Reverie Evening Tincture
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or prebiotic soda
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves with honey.
    6 mint leaves, 1 tsp honey
  • Pour in cherry juice and lime juice. Fill the shake with ice and shake well.
    1/2 cup tart cherry juice, 1 lime, ice
  • Strain into a glass filled with ice. Add Reverie, if using, stirring to combine. Top with prebiotic soda or sparkling water.
    0.5 to 1 ml Jihi's Reverie Evening Tincture, ice, 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • Garnish with a mint sprig and enjoy.

Notes

Recipe Notes:
  • Make sure that the cherry juice is 100% tart cherry juice and not cherry juice cocktail.
  • If you don't have a cocktail shaker, simply use a large mason jar with a lid.
