Ingredients
  

Cinnamon Thyme Simple Syrup

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 sprig thyme
  • 1 stick cinnamon

Mocktail Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 6 oz sparkling water

Simple Syrup

  • In a small saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil. Once sugar is dissolved, remove from heat.
    1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water
  • Add cinnamon stick and thyme. Let steep for 10 minutes.
    1 stick cinnamon, 4 sprig thyme
  • Strain out the cinnamon stick and thyme sprig, then let the simple syrup cool completely before using in the mocktail.

Mocktail

  • Pour apple juice and simple syrup in a cocktail mixing glass filled halfway with ice.
    1/4 cup apple juice
  • Stir gently to combine and strain into cocktail glasses with ice.
  • Top cocktails with equal amounts sparkling water and gently stir.
    6 oz sparkling water, apple slices
  • If adding Jihi's Reverie Evening Tincture, add that now.
    1 ml Jihi's Reverie Evening Tincture
  • Garnish with apple slices and a sprig of thyme 🌿
