Strawberry Kombucha

Ingredients
  

  • 4 mint leaves
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 8 oz ginger kombucha
  • sparkling water
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare strawberries by removing stems and cutting into quarters.
    6 strawberries
  • In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves, strawberries, and lime juice until the strawberries are broken down well
    4 mint leaves, 1 oz lime juice
  • Divide the puree between two cocktail glasses filled with ice

  • Top with kombucha and sparkling water
    sparkling water, 8 oz ginger kombucha
  • Stir to combine
  • Garnish with halved strawberries and mint sprigs. Serve chilled and #spreadjoy 🍓

Notes

Recipe Note:
  • You can use frozen strawberries, just make sure they are thawed before using.
  • Sparkling water is ideal but flat water can be used to top off the mocktail.
