- 4 mint leaves
- 6 strawberries
- 1 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
- 8 oz ginger kombucha
- sparkling water

Wash and prepare strawberries by removing stems and cutting into quarters.

In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves, strawberries, and lime juice until the strawberries are broken down well
4 mint leaves, 1 oz lime juice
Divide the puree between two cocktail glasses filled with ice

Top with kombucha and sparkling water

Stir to combine
Garnish with halved strawberries and mint sprigs. Serve chilled and #spreadjoy 🍓
Recipe Note:
- You can use frozen strawberries, just make sure they are thawed before using.
- Sparkling water is ideal but flat water can be used to top off the mocktail.
