- 2 clove garlic or 2 tsp garlic paste
- 1 cup basil more for garnish
- 3 oz prosciutto 4 thin slices
- 1/3 cup flour all purpose, gluten-free
- 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
- 8 oz mozzarella we recommend ciliegine mozzarella balls

Instructions
