Strawberry Kombucha
Prepare Ingredients
Measure out all ingredients. Remove the stems from the strawberries and quarter them. Juice the lime.
Muddle
In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves, strawberries, and lime juice until the strawberries are well broken down.
Divide
Divide the strawberry mint puree between two glasses filled with ice.
Top Off
Top with kombucha and a splash of soda water.
Garnish
Stir to combine. Garnish with halved strawberries and mint sprigs. Enjoy!

- 1 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
- 8 oz ginger kombucha

Instructions
